WHAM! Lab Announces Launch of New Modular Display Company for the Comic Book & Collectible Industry
Los Angeles, CA — Today, WHAM! Lab officially announced the launch of its new company and product ecosystem. This debut introduces a modular approach to collectible displays, created to meet the needs of today's hobby retailers, independent dealers, social media influencers and collectors.
 
WHAM! Lab was born from a collaboration between WHAM! Stand and Collector's Paradise, a three-location comic book chain in Los Angeles. By merging WHAM! Stand's design innovations with Collector's Paradise's frontline retail expertise, we set out to solve a major industry flaw: display and signage products that are inflexible, outdated, and built by people who have never operated a comic book or collectible store.
 
WHAM! Lab has partnered with leading comic book creators and publishers, including Mark Waid, Tony Fleecs, Patrick Horvath, Panick Entertainment, and more, to be our Industry Partners, to use and promote the products to the comic book industry and the fans. More Industry Partners will be announced in the coming days and at the 2026 ComicsPRO Annual Meeting this February where WHAM! Lab is a Sponsor and Vendor. 
 
At the core of our business is the WHAM! System, a modular signage system built for stores that never stand still and seek growth, change, and adaptability.
 
THE WHAM! SYSTEM
The WHAM! System is a family of interchangeable display solutions that allow stores to update signage, pricing, and layouts instantly while maintaining consistent branding.
This is an ecosystem engineered for integration between all our product lines, which include: the WHAM! Sign and WHAM! Price Modular Systems, WHAM! Stand Collection, and WHAMblems. Together, they provide retailers with the freedom to adapt as their inventory and store layouts evolve.
The WHAM! System has undergone extensive real-world testing over the past couple years, at various retail spaces across the country and in Los Angeles-based comic shops such as Collector's Paradise, Golden Apple Comics and more.
